A journal that's so simple...it'll be much easier to keep up your journaling habit because you just need to convince yourself that it only 5 minutes out of your day.
I've definitely noticed that the days that I commit to the 5 minutes to fill out my journal each morning are much more productive, focused, and more in alignment with my goals. Sometimes I get a bit hasty and try to jump into high priority things right away and push my journal to the side thinking I don't have time.
But in doing so, I end up wasting much, much more than that five minutes a day.
I didn't want to be another one of those people that bought the standard hard-back Five Minute journal (and kept buying and buying). I also got the Best Self journal, but even that ended up being too cumbersome flipping back and forth through pages of weekly habits and goals.
I was a bit more frugal and savvy, and made my own (with much more modernized fonts).
And here I am sharing this file with you!
These pages literally take FIVE minutes to complete, and I included a couple varieties incase you are tracking habits, or would rather track your top priorities for the day!
